Language of Learning offers Speech and Occupational Therapy services for children. Communications regarding appointments, updates, or rescheduling are made exclusively with their adult guardians.

2. Eligibility
Only legal guardians or parents aged 18 and older may access our services, interact with our website, and provide consent for their child’s participation in our programs. Our services are designed for children aged 1–18, and all communication and decision-making must be managed by their legal guardian or parent.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Appointment confirmations, updates, and rescheduling communications are conducted directly with the legal guardians.

• Guardians must ensure the accuracy of the contact information provided.

• Missed appointments may be subject to rescheduling policies as outlined in our guidelines. For Medicaid patients, missed appointments may be reported per program requirements. Cash-pay clients may incur rescheduling fees as specified in their payment agreement

4. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept credit card payments only.
